Board assessment

The overall assessment of the Board, which is audited by an independent firm every 3 yearsis an opportunity, through an "expert" approach based on individual interviews:

  • Partager in depth and realistically, the current state of Governance and to question and explore together the most relevant routes for progress. It is advisable to include the members of the Board and probably also those of the Executive Committee in this phase.
  • Evalue the relevance and compatibility of the proposed recommendations for changes to current governance.

 

This enables BCP Partners to offer ways of improving governance on :
